To use our website ('EZ2Swap.com'), and enable you to swap an item with another user you must first be registered with us.

All information you provide us with as part of your registration must be true and accurate.

To register with us you must be aged over 18.

Registration is free but there is a charge of £1.00 to display an item on the Site for seven days.  The item will cease to be displayed at the expiry of the seven day period unless you opt to extend the period by another seven days before the expiry of the seven day period.  You will be charged £1.00 for each seven day period you opt to continue displaying your item for.

We do not permit the following items to be displayed or swapped on the Site :

When you display an item on the Site you are thereby offering to swap it with other users

It is your responsibility to provide sufficient information about the item you are swapping to allow others to decide whether to swap an item with you.

It is your responsibility to provide sufficient information and the items you be happy to accept in return.

All information on a item which you provide must be true and accurate in all respects as to the type, description and quality of the item concerned.

Once you have proposed a swap you are obliged to complete that swap if the other party accepts the proposed swap.  If your proposed swap is rejected then you are free to offer a proposed swap to any other user.

Once a swap has been accepted then you must do the following as a minimum :

You acknowledge and agree that by accepting a proposed swap with another user you are thereby entering into a legally binding contract with the other user.

We do not have any legal obligation or responsibility to ensure or take any steps to ensure that any swap is carried out in accordance with these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We are entitled to terminate your registration for any breach of these terms of use or for any other reason in their absolute discretion.

In the event that your registration is cancelled then we are not obliged to compensate you in any way and accept no liability to you whatsoever.

We have the right to cease operating the site at any time and for whatever reason whatsoever.

We provide a facility for you to swap items with other users and has no control over the quality, description, completeness, safety or legality of any item which a user sends to another.

Accordingly, we cannot accept liability for the actions of other users under any circumstances whatsoever including, without limitation, the standard of packaging or the quality or safety of items.

Neither we nor any of our directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.  This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Notwithstanding this, none of the exclusions and limitations in this clause are intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under English law or other statutory rights which may not be excluded.

These terms and conditions (the "terms") are between any user of our site ("you") and EZ2swap.com ("us").

These terms may be amended by us at any time at our absolute discretion and any amended terms will become binding upon you from the date they are first uploaded onto the Site.
